What is available
The website provides a Windows x64 preview installer. The app integrates OpenVPN and requires an administrator-issued code. Downloading does not create a subscription or grant service capacity.
Early software and testing
FreePCVPN 0.1.2 is unsigned and has no independent security audit. Native Windows runtime, routing, and leak behavior remain unvalidated on the development PC because application control blocked execution. Do not rely on this preview for sensitive or critical privacy needs. Keep Windows security controls enabled.
Authorized use
Use only accounts and endpoints you are authorized to access and follow provider terms and limits. Authentication rejection stops automatic retry for administrator review. The app does not provide a way to bypass restrictions.
Features and availability
OpenVPN is the only protocol. WireGuard, a kill switch, split tunneling, and automatic startup are not included. Locations, capacity, and performance depend on the administrator and providers. No unlimited service, particular speed, or third-party access is promised.
The website concept
Homepage sample locations and controls are illustrative. They do not change your IP address or protect traffic. App locations are retrieved separately from the service.
Third-party software and brands
Setup downloads the official OpenVPN prerequisite. Third-party components retain their own licenses and notices. WireGuard is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld. OpenVPN is a registered trademark of OpenVPN Inc. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. FreePCVPN is independent and not endorsed by those organizations.
